We were pleased to once again be part of the festival atmosphere that is Tootopia. This annual event celebrates Tooting’s food scene, heritage and diversity through events and activities at local venues.
Thiswas our third appearance at Tootopia and we again took over the dining area at the Graveney and Meadow. We were delighted to invite Tooting residents and visitors of all ages to enjoy all sorts of festivities including a glitter station, make your own pom pom headband or pet activities, home-baked sweet treats, a raffle of local dining out prizes and colouring-in.
Being involved in the local community is really important to Tooting WI and it was so great to meet so many Tootopia attendees out in full force, despite the rain! A big thank you to the Tootopia organizers, venues donating prizes and our volunteering members who helped out on the day or made baked goodies. We’re looking forward to next year already.
